About ATMA

Atma is the fruit of a long cherished dream of two young Ayurvedic Physicians of Kerala. Atma is their medium to understand, practice and propagate this science of life to the humanity.

ATMA- the name indicates ”self”. Atma Ayurvedasram provides you an opportunity to re invent your own self.
The current synthetic life style of modern man has lead to many health hazards. The stress and strain of day –to –day life is a major factor for many chronic diseases. So it is high time to check back to ones own self to re-energize, revitalize and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. This can be attained by revitalizing your body elements with the help of time tested Ayurvedic therapies and regimens.
In ATMA you can experience the authentic care of Ayurveda in its full essence.

Our Philosophy is to extend the benefits of this age old science of life, in its full essence and authenticity to the humanity.

All you need is to have some time to spend with us in ATMA.
